Fred Bayley

Fred Bayley - is the past chair of Foothills Connect. He is the Dean of Continuing Education at Isothermal Community College and a Senior Consultant for LERN, the worlds leading association on lifelong learning.

He is an internationally known speaker and author in Self-Brilliance: Skills to Sharpen Success in Organizations. Fred is a Past President of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce a Bronze level Toastmaster and a volunteer middle school wrestling coach.

The Learning Resources Network named him one of thirty ‘History-Makers’. He was recognized not only for his substantial contributions to the education field, but as one of the true visionaries from across the country.

An international award recognized Fred’s leadership style. The presentation noted that creating the right work atmosphere and office culture is profitable and fun. Using five key concepts, ongoing group development, coaching and team building led to income almost doubling and profit up 300%.
